How can I book a holiday rental?
There are three ways to make a booking :
- through the online booking system
- by sending the availability request form
- by calling us on 0033 5 53 29 44 90.
Will I have to pay a deposit and a security deposit?
A deposit of 30% is required when you make a booking. The balance of the rental must be paid before your arrival. A security deposit (uncashed) which varies according to the accommodation booked will be required on arrival and given back when you leave or within 15 days of your departure.
Arrival – where and when can I pick up the keys?
This depends where your accommodation is located. You will be sent an email with all the necessary information a few days before your arrival. We will answer your question at the agency’s permanent phone number: 06 07 08 13 15 or if you are calling from outside France 00 33 6 07 08 13 15.
Departure – where and when can I give the keys back?
Please return the keys to our agency before 11 a.m. on your departure day. An alternative time can be arranged upon request.
When the agency is closed, the keys can be left in the letter box which will be shown to you on arrival.
Is household linen included in the rental (bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels)?
The service is free of charge. It may be renewed during the stay against payment of a supplement : 30 € for 2 persons – 50 € for 4 persons – 60 € for 6 persons and +.
Are animals accepted ?
The comfort of our residents is our priority and for this reason we do not accept animals. Individual cases can however be considered on an exceptional basis.
Is there a minimum rental period ?
Rental periods vary from 2 days to one week. Please contact us.
Is smoking allowed in the rented properties ?
Smoking is not allowed in our holiday properties.
What does the holiday rental include and what services are provided ?
An information booklet is available in each property and includes instructions on how to use all the appliances and gives the the Wifi access code. We also provide details about Sarlat and the surrounding area in addition to the information to be found on our website www.sarlat.info. Please note that we cannot guarantee connection to the internet or television in the event of problems due to external causes. If the problem is our responsibility we will take immediate action to find a solution as soon as possible.
We can supply :
- baby equipment (cot, high chair, etc) at a cost of 30 €
- for a cot and bedding (sheets and blankets) or 40 € for a cot, bed linen, changing mat and high chair.

How many people can stay in each propery ?
The sleeping capacity is specified in the description of each property. It can be modified if specially requested and if the property allows it.
What are the rental conditions and must we sign a contract?
The rental contract will be sent to you as soon as the booking is confirmed and should be sent back to us with your signature.
What is your policy on security and confidentiality ?
We do not stock your credit card details or supply your contact details to any third parties.
Can I cancel the booking ?
If you have to cancel your booking please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on the reason for the cancellation of your stay, we will either apply our cancellation conditions or find an acceptable solution.
